GRHO Website

GRHO, Georgia Residence Hall Organization, held a conference at Georgia Southern in Spring of 2009. One of my duties as the Communications Conference Chair was to develop a website that had information about the conference, along with a registration system. This allowed advisors to add and update their schools information, select what delegates they would be sending, and submit a proposal to hold a program at the conference.

Residence Hall Association Website

In Fall of 2007 I joined the Communications Committee for the Residence Hall Association (RHA). In that role I created a new website for RHA as the existing website had been removed from the server. I wanted to create something simple, and easy to update by a novice user. I also wanted it to correspond to the University's web style guidelines specifically by using the University website template.

10toPlaces.com

As apart of IT3132, I worked with an external client in a group of two IT students to create a website for "10 to Places". "10 to Places" is a web show concept created by our client. The client had two primary goals which we identified. First, The client wanted full control over the content. This meant that everything had to be hosted on their server. Second, The client also wanted to create a very simple "to the point" website where the web show is the key aspect. Within the group I helped with all documentation along with the design and development of the website.
